Whatever happened to Nicole Richie? Rumors are running wild today that the skinny reality TV star is back in rehab - no, she isn't - yes, she is - and back to square one with her problems with drink and painkillers. Does her alleged split with lover Joel Madden have anything to do with the reports? Or has working on the latest series of The Simple Life with jail-bound pal Paris Hilton finally tipped her over the edge? We'll keep you posted.
