Is Britney asthmatic?

Britney celebrated the announcement that she'd be the opening act at Sunday's VMA's with a little retail congratulations in Beverly Hills today. She and Alli seemed to be having a great day out, and were even carrying identical handbags. But we were surprised to see Britney carrying a prescription asthma inhaler.
