WTF! Britney Spears went shopping for baby clothes in Beverly Hills and was most definitely having a bad hair day, though she didn't seem to notice. You'd think The Britster would at least make an effort with scores of paparazzi photographers in tow. Instead, she looked like she'd fallen out of her trailer after a hard night on the booze.

I'm one who believe celebrities do not have to dress up all the time but I still have to wonder why she wore her hair like that it shows how messed up it is when we have seen her with much better hair
I'm also one who believes that she wants to be seen so she does confuse me
