I think it is just the way she is posing. Many people pose with their hands on front. Don't you remember the prom picture photographers that always insisted on that pose
She's definitely hiding a small baby bump (or weight gain). Nicollette always wears such tight, revealing clothing. This is nothing like her normal style.
