Bootylicious Jennifer Lopez has finally confessed she's up the duff and she's going to be a momma. Just why it's taken her so long to tell the world is a mystery. Maybe she came clean to fans in Miami because her concert costumes are getting bigger and bigger every time she goes on stage and she just kind hide that baby bump any longer.
