The Never Ending Legal Woes of Shia LaBeouf

Oh Shia, you don't seem like a bad ass, but you just keep getting yourself in trouble! Shia was arrested for criminal trespassing back in November when he was drunk and refused to leave a Walgreens, then just this month he received a ticket for unlawful smoking in California which lead to a warrant when he didn't show up for court! The trespassing and the smoking issues have been cleared up, but yesterday during a photo shoot, Shia got his car impounded!
During a photo shoot for Arena magazine, Shia illegally parked his car in front of an apartment complex and not only received a very strongly-worded not from a neighbor but also got it sent to the impound lot. To make matters worse Shia was even smoking! (Although it could have been part of the shoot.) Is Shia the intentional bad boy, or is he just having some bad luck these days? Considering he's pretty low key the rest of the time (no Hollywood party nights for him) I'm going to go with the latter.
He looks great in these pics. Never really looked CLOSELY at him before. But yummmmmmmm!

Shia is just going through a bad patch. I am sure that we should all be a little more worried if lets say he got caught doing coke with some stripper in the back of a limo. These are the kinds of actions that should really get us worried. If there ever is a time when he starts behaving in this way then we need to get him to Narconon VistaBay so that he can get off the drugs and back to movies.
