Amy Winehouse (who we spotted today) has been taken in by police again, this time for an alleged assault! When we caught up with whacked out Wino two nights ago, she was clearly under the influence of various of substances and had been locked out of her house (as she lost her keys sometime during her wild night out.) Apparently earlier that evening Amy head butted a 38-year-old man who was trying to hail her a cab and now has pressed charges against her. Amy is under questioning but has not been formally charged with anything. Why didn't we catch that on tape?!
Today when we found Wino, she was calm on the violence tip, but was most definitely stocking up on soda and cigarettes; diet of champions. Good luck with the questioning Wino, hopefully it will go better for you than it did for hubby Blake "Incarcerated" who, coincidentally, had a court hearing of his own today!
