Ta-da!  It's pop icons Hall and Oates, who were honored at the BMI Pop Music Awards last night.  I really had no idea how tiny John Oates is (and how much Daryl Hall resembled a lion), but his diminutive stature does not obscure his gigantic prowess as a musician.  Seriously, they may look like they hang out with your dad, but hits like Maneater (the original one), Out of Touch and Rich Girl have and will definitely continue to have more impact on pop music than any craptastic song with lyrics like "don't cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me."
