We spotted Charlie Sheen's most favorite ladies running around before the big event on Friday.  Brooke Mueller, Charlie's new wife, was seen making a stop at both a drug store and office building.  Charlie's daughters (with ex Denise Richard) Lola and Sam got ready for their big debut as flower girls by stopping at a local salon with their nanny and getting some very fancy bows in their hair. We're sure all the ladies looked fantastic!
