Rhys Ifans is totally over Sienna Miller, that's why he's hanging out with someone who looks exactly like her.  Rhys was spotted going for a walk in London this morning with none other than Kimberly Stewart (please note his chipped red nail polish, tres chic).  The pair have been gettin' cozy all around town, including clubs like Bungalow 8. 

I think this seems like a very healthy decision on both of their parts and it really seems like they're putting the best foot forward with this relationship photo op. Good luck guys!
