i happen to know people in brooklyn where she has lived with heath and lives now with spike- they say people over there are so proud of her and everybody feels like protecting her, because she really is beautiful inside out. intelligent, sincere and yes PRIVATE. unlike certain other famewhoring DC castmember.

Perthgirl - I think maybe your comment was a bit exaggerated? I was a member of thewilliamscenter.com as well and had seen the media bld forum and I don’t blame her for wanting certain pictures removed, there was just too much personal stuff in there to not look freaky, even in celebrity cases. The sight owners just took it all the wrong way.

Coincidentally, I live in perth and I dont hate her, nor do I think I know any better just because I live in the same city as Heath's family. Looking at it from an outsider’s perspective – I truly believe Michelle was the love of Heath’s life and vice versa, it was just the way they went about the things, how they looked at each other. And the whole "having children with a woman he wanted to" was a bit of a low blow at Matilda. Heath once said that he always wanted kids young and that he and Michelle were in complete synchronicity about having Matilda, and that they were the best things that happened to him. Heath was never even confirmed to be dating Gemma – it was just a rumour. At the same time, Michelle was rumored to be dating Ryan Gosling, but we all discovered the truth was that she never found anyone up until now, with Spike. And let’s face it, she’s never going to be over Heath.

If they did hate each other while they were together, it would have shown. Neither of them were the type to force something that wouldn't have worked (as was proven when they did split), what I loved about them was that there was such a genuineness to their relationship, I could look at them and see the love in their eyes and then look at a picture of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise and see SHAM in theirs.

I think you’re just determined to hate her out of spite. In all honesty, I think she’s a beautiful person. I didn’t think much of her when I first saw her other than thinking she was a good actress and a pretty face, but then I read a magazine interview she did and realized just how much depth she has – she’s modest, intelligent and beautiful, and very much a female version of Heath, she’s just such a private person it rarely shows. But if you want to dislike her, go ahead and do so, I’m just happy she’s found some form of happiness after everything she's been through.

SJ- I have a friend who was a member of that fansite and you are blatantly lying when you say the fansite had hundreds of photos of Matilda. They were very respectful of Michelle and went out of their way to show their devotion to her. The pictures they had of Matilda were the ones that could be found anywhere else on the web, of the family taking her for a walk. There was absolutely no private photos of her. If she had a problem with fansites putting up photos of Matilda, photos of them taking her out for a walk in PUBLIC, then she should also have a problem with the other thousands of websites who show these kind of photos, but look like she didn't shut them down. She is ungrateful and my friend hates her now. Most people in Perth dislike her because they think she was needy and deliberately tried to keep Heath Ledger from returning to Naomi Watts with this tail between his legs by on purpose getting pregnant without his consent. Then as it turned out, the guy was miserable with her and only started to see the light at the end of the tunnel when he commenced his film work again. He managed to find a sanctuary away from her where he peace and happiness because with her he was truly miserable. They were just not well suited and after the baby was born and Michelle saw how he adored his child, she started to behave like a smart alleck, demanding things from him, like for him to give up his friends. She was jealous of him, of who he was, and she was resentful that he never ever did get down on bended knee to ask her to marry him. He broke up with her several times and he started quietly dating again and eventually fell inlove with Gemma Ward, who is a true sweetheart. Michelle just got angrier and angrier that things didn't go the way she had planned. Thank goodness Heath found love again and had sunshine back into his life again because otherwise it would have been truly too tragic to think that he hadn't before he died, but he had and people in Perth can thank Gemma for that, who happens to STILL be grieving over his death. Shame he never did to have children with a woman he WANTED to have them with. Now that would have been a beautiful thing.

Uhh douchebag perthgirl- you heard wrong. The website in question had hundreds and hundreds of pictures of matilda as a baby - personal pictures, as well as pictures that were taken on private properties, stuff that broke copyright as well as other incriminating crap. her lawyers politely asked them to take the pictures down, and immaturely, they decided to shut the whole site down and declare themselves completely over michelle. and im sure there isnt a law against being unhappy sometimes. shes still human.

I have seen Michelle with Matilda many times and Michelle seems to be a great mom... She isn't always angry she is probably just sick of always having cameras in her face!!!!

Why does Michelle always have such an angry face? I heard she shutdown her longest running fansite for some trivial matter. No wonder Heath couldn't get out of there faster and into the arms of Gemma Ward.
