Happy (belated) 22nd Penn Badgley!  The Gossip Girl guy celebrated his birthday this weekend with on-screen and real life lover Blake Lively.  We spotted the couple in the West Village of New York this weekend leaving a restaurant where they ate brunch. 

Are you guys psyched for GG tonight?!  I loved the passionate (and kind of random) kiss between Nate and Jenny last week, but that little J is gettin' fresh!  Tonight she is throwing some kind of renegade fashion show, I just don't know what she'll do next.
