Richard Simmons never gets old to me- I mean literally he looks the exact same as he did 20 years ago. 

The fitness guru made an appearance on the fourth hour of the Today show this morning to promote his new video for "Sweatin' Off the Pounds" and to discuss his campaign to end the childhood obesity epidemic that is plaguing our country.
