Either Mark Wahlberg is REALLY addicted to cigarettes or he is undergoing some kind of medical evaluation.  We spotted Marky Mark with some interesting looking patches on his bicep and forearm yesterday afternoon and although they look similar to a nicotine patch, they are probably for something more complicated; we hope he's alright! 

Mark was headed to his local church in Beverly Hills when we saw him, making wedding plans perhaps?!  Or maybe he was just thanking God for giving him the inspiration to write this awesome song. C'MON, C'MON! FEEL IT! FEEL IT!
