Brad Pitt was a doting husband life partner in New York City yesterday afternoon.  Brad swung by the Salt set to visit Angelina Jolie who has been shooting the spy thriller in the city.

According to Life & Style, Brad's ex Jennifer Aniston is doing her best to avoid Angelina as the two are both filming movies in NYC.  Jen, who normally soaks up the night life, has been holed up in her hotel and ordering room service for every meal.  "Instead of going out to restaurants where she might run into Angelina, Jennifer is entertaining guests in her hotel suite," and insider tells the mag.

How excellent would it be if Jen ran into the Brangelina clan hanging out in Central Park or something?  Ah, we can only dream.
