Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvonen were just among the celebrity do-gooders at the 6th Annual Can Do Awards held at Chelsea Piers in New York City last night.

Hosted by the Food Bank for New York City, the dinner celebrated the people and organizations working to eliminate hunger in the five boroughs.   Jimmy was joined by guest of honor Jon Bon Jovi as well as; Rachel Ray, Helena Christensen, Mariska Hargitay and Michael Stipe.
