Only Katy Perry could get away with posing with a giant, metallic purse that is shaped like a pair of lips.  The singer was celebrated last night at Paper magazine's 12th annual Beautiful People party, co-hosted by H&M and Skyy Vodka.

Katy not only graced the cover of the "beautiful people" issue of Paper but also performed at the fete.  K.P. was joined by Lady Sovereign (more like Lord Sovereign), Kat DeLuna, Richie Rich and Jaslene Gonzalez (please eat a sandwich).
