Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey had a night out on the town in Manhattan last night.  The married couple of almost one year held hands and smiled as they left their apartment and headed to dinner. 

Speaking of food, does anyone else think Mimi is looking a little bit more filled in these days?  I don't think it's a bad thing, but clearly she is feeling settled into her relationship (and less pressure to make media appearances) these days.

Mariah's yo-yo dieting might make her thin again though, as it was just announced that she will be performing at the legendary Apollo theater in June.  Mariah will perform with Jamie Foxx to help celebrate the Apollo's 75th anniversary.
