Portster! Whad uppppp?!

We spotted Whitney Port and friend Samantha Swetra "eating" lunch in New York City this afternoon.  The gals took advantage of the warm spring air to dine outdoors at Philip Marie restaurant.  Clearly the gals were filming an episode of The City, because what would an MTV reality show be with out vacant-eyed stares and long awkward pauses over an expensive meal?!
