Little Alexander Schreiber had a health scare recently where he spent the night in a New York hospital with problems with his breathing.

But now the little guy looks the picture of health and he even had time to do some shopping with his mommy, Naomi Watts, in downtown Manhattan at the same time dodging the Spring rain showers.
