We caught up with mean and moody Scottish actor Gerard Butler in NYC today, and for once the miserable so-and-so looked pleased to see us.
We all know Gerard has a huge reputation as a pap hater, but he was more than happy to give us a smile and a wave on the set of his new movie, The Bounty Hunter.
In the film, which also stars Jennifer Aniston, he plays a bounty hunter called upon to retrieve his ex-wife(Aniston) after she skips bail.
Sounds like a straight to DVD for Aniston if you ask me.

God, Aniston is the worst actress ever. All she can do is play a neurotic fruitcake like Rachel OVER and OVER and OVER again. Giving her on films is a waste of space. There are SO MANY better, more interesting actresses out there, HOLLYWOOD!
Find them and I might see some of these movies. Right now, forget it!
Gerard Butler used to be nice to pappers till they started provoking him, making up stories about him.
He's still nice when some approach him politely.
It's like those recent rumors they're starting to make up about him and Kelly Bensimon and him. At the same party, he was cozy to a couple of other ladies, not just her, so if I were her, I'd take a number. She's just one of many and when he'll find out she's accused of having punched a boyfriend, she'll be so ancient history.
Agree with the previous poster - your comments are unfair to Butler, and not founded in reality.
Also, what makes this movie sound like a "straight to DVD for Aniston?" I'm sick of people crapping on Jen for doing the "same movies all the time," and equally sick of people crapping on her when she dares try something different. The woman just can't win with some. This is a major studio film (Columbia Pictures is distributing theatrically) and will most definitely not be straight to DVD. But if it isn't the biggest at the box office or the most well received by critics, I fail to see how you can say now (when filming has just started) that this would lie only on Jen's shoulders. People need to get it in their heads that she is an A-list actress, currently #8 overall and the #2 actress on Forbes Celebrity Power list (a list which she has been on for the last 6+ years, never falling lower than #50 even when she took nearly two years off from acting). She will have her hits and misses in films like all other actors (big stars or not), but she is not going anywhere.

Pap-hater?? I don't think so. He has always been very gracious to the press. The stalker from TMZ did not receive "happy Gerry" cuz he did not have the smarts to know when to quit. It has been reported that he almost hit some pedistrians, and Gerrys reaction was rare; he lost his temper.
But look at the pattern over the past ten years and don't stereotype Mr. Butler as a Pap-hater because of a single incident.
