Here's one for the ladies on a Monday morning...a sweaty and shirtless Spanish tennis star.
Yes, showing off his bulging biceps and buff bod, Rafael Nadal got in some practice before the opening stages of the US Open in New York on Sunday.
Rafa had a strenuous workout, and then whipped his shirt of for all his adoring fans to see what he's made off.
They don't call him the King of Majorca for nothing.
