We caught up with Leann Rimes as she met up for lunch with friends in Los Angeles today, and she was grinning away like a Cheshire cat.
Leann might be in the middle of a split from hubby, Dean Sheremet, but all she seems to do these days is smile for the cameras.
The fact she was having a fling with actor Eddie Cibrian behind her husband's back doesn't matter, clearly.
She looks as happy as ever. Meanwhile, Dean is starting a new life for himself in New York.
Friends say they are still good friends...but we know he must really hate the cheating so-and-so for what she's put him through. Here's to the divorce payout Dean!

So Leann is the victim, even though she is sleeping with another woman's husband, has been carelessly flaunting it, and keeps rejoicing over the fact that she won a cheater who was so concerned about protecting himself that he wasn't man enough to acknowledge that he was sleeping with her when the affair was exposed? So much so that she had to issue vague little statements to make sure that his wife knew that she was sleeping with him.
The fact that she can smile after vacationing with a man who cares so little for his kids that he missed his son's first day of school says a lot about her as a person. She is insecure and is so desperate that she would compete with kids for a man's attention/affection. She didn't like the fact that EC stated that his kid's were his first priority, so she set out to show them that she is EC's one and only priority. If a man has so little respect for his kids that he doesn't keep his public business out of sight, then what makes her think that he cares about her? She keeps gloating and gloating. She should be careful because all of this gloating will come back to hunt her, like when it is exposed that EC has"great chemistry" with one of his CSI co-stars or that EC was just in it for fame/fortune.
She has negative press because she is having a very public affair with a married man and is walking around LA and Mexico as if no one was hurt by her and EC lies and cheating. She and EC keep talking about how they care about their families, yet not once have they ever apologized or shown their families any consideration as they vacation a week after filing for a divorce or appear on golf course/concerts without having the dencey to file for a divorce first. Now she is puttting out statements saying that being in love justifies what they did to their families. How immature and selfish coming from a woman who stood on a stage giving lessons about God.
She happy because she thinks that she and EC will never pay for what they did to Brandi, Dean, and the kids. She probably even thinks that what she and EC have is right because EC is a "gift from God". Where would she get an idea like that? From the media/press who encourage this behavior.
