It was like scene from Resevoir Dogs this morning when tough-talking TV dad, Jon Gosselin, turned up at court with his legal honchos to take on his soon-to-be-ex-missus, Kate.

Montgomery County Court in Norristown, PA, has never seen so much media attention as the couple went before a judge to thrash out exactly who has taken how much from which bank account.

As it turned out, the judge told Jon and Kate to sort their shiz out fast.

He wants all funds returned to the rightful place in time for the next hearing on October 26.

And if that's not done, we reckon there will be hell to pay.

It could mean the Plus 8 are left to fend for themselves if mommy and daddy get thrown in the slammer.

Divorce is a messy business!
