It's Jons girlfriend Hailey Glassman!
We spotted the duo strolling around New York City on Sunday.. smiling.. laughing.. stopping for food.. getting caught in the rain.. it all sounds so romantic! You would never think that Jon just got slammed with a lawsuit from TLC just a few days earlier!
On Friday, October 16, it was reported that TLC was suing the Octodad for not meeting his obligations of his Jon & Kate Plus 8 contract as an exclusive employee and has (been payed to) appeared on other TV shows frequently.. woops!
That doesn't seem to getting in the way of his romantic weekend with Hailey though.. as he gets special treatment when the rain pours down and she carries the umbrella for him.. Not very gentlemen-like Jon!

Who does this guy think he is? For one thing, he shouldn't be flaunting his new girlfriend so soon after his divorce, the dust hasn't even begun to settle yet with Kate. Also, how does a father of eight have this much free time?
