She is, without doubt, the Queen of crazy costumes.
But singer Lady GaGa also knows that a new hairdo can make you feel so much better about yourself.
We're not sure what she was thinking when she decided to go out in public looking like this.
And we're still not sure if it's her own hair or a wig.
Whatever it is, it definitely provided us with our WTF moment of the week...and that's why we love Lady GG.

Totally a wig. Look at the crown, where the bangs meet the rest of the "Dumb and Dummer" hairdo. If it's not a wig, that sh*t is bleached beyond hell.

It's a wig. Natural hair has a part, among other things - and generally doesn't hang like broom bristles, no matter how frizzy it was to begin with.
