WTF is wrong with these people??

We spotted Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez out in NYC last night, and boy did they not want to have their pictures taken.

The two lovebirds had showed up at a screening for Kate's new movie, Nine, but, for some bizarre reason, posing up for the paps was not on the agenda.

The whole world knows they are a couple, so why don't they act like normal couples do?

The reason...and it's not because they are private people who like to stay out of the public eye...is because they are too full of their own self importance.

They need to get over themselves.

Baseball season over, NY Yankee Alex Rodriguez has been enjoying some downtime in Miami this week.

And, all alone and with GF Kate Hudson nowhere to be seen, A-Rod spent some time at the gym and he met up with some ''lady friends.''

A-Rod and a pal had lunch with the two mystery blondes.

And then they were both spotted at a party he held at his home later in the night.

Word of warning Kate...when the cat's away, the mice will play.

Everyone knows NY Yankee Alex Rodriguez likes to fly under the radar as much as possible, especially now he seems to be getting it on with his latest squeeze, actress Kate Hudson.

But we caught up with him having lunch in midtown Manhattan yesterday, and it looked like he could have been planning his next bank hold-up.

A-Rod was deep in conversation with his manager, Guy Oseary.

But we think he could have done without the hat and shades.

   

Actress Kate Hudson was out-and-about in NYC today.

And what was she doing with her NY Yankee beau, Alex Rodriguez, on his day off?

Apartment hunting, of course.

Looks like this odd relationship could be all set to go the distance as we spotted the lovers visiting at least five exclusive apartment buildings with their realtor.

The couple spent the morning being driven from one high-end building to the next.

Then, after signing autographs for a member of the NYPD, Kate and A-Rod met up with Kate's son Ryder and they all enjoyed a late lunch at Bar Piti dowtown.

Trying very hard not to be photographed together.. Kate Hudson and her new beau Alex Rodriguez were spotted walking around Toronto yesterday afternoon.

The Bride Wars star has been spotted at numerous Yankee games recently and seems to be bringing the third basemen.. as well as the Bombers.. loads good luck!!

After sweeping the Blue Jays in their 2-game series the boys come back to the Bronx for a 4-game series against the Boston Red Sox!! I can't wait!!

She can run, but Kate Hudson cannot hide!

The actress has regularly been seen in the crowd at numerous New York Yankee games, cheering on her new beau Alex Rodriguez.

But when it comes to being seen out in public with Madonna's ex, Kate doesn't want anything to do with it.

Maybe that's why the second she spotted our photographer last night, Kate made a dash from her cab to the door of Alex's NY apartment.

Meanwhile, the shy baseball player who was inside the taxi with her, left the scene, only to return minutes later and run inside.

And, because we know you care, YES Kate DID stay the night.

This relationship/lovefest is definitely on...even if they are an odd celebrity match-up.

Actress Kate Hudson went out on the town in NYC last night, and her new beau Alex Rodriguez was nowhere to be seen.

Rumors have been flying after Kate and A-Rod were spotted dining together in recent weeks and she also attended a few of his Yankee games.

Seems like this odd couple have certainly got something going on.

But last night, A-Rod headed to Boston where he's playing today and Kate settled for an evening out with Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas.

If the rumors are true, Yankees ace Alex Rodriguez certainly dishing the dirt on his reported new chick, actress Kate Hudson.

Reports have suggested the two got it together after a recent game in New York.

But when we caught up with A-Rod, ex-wife Cynthia and daughter Natasha enjoying some family time together, he simply laughed off our questions...so it must be true.

We're just not sure what Madonna is going to think of his choice in women.

Alex Rodriguez went to a Miami gym this morning, after confessing to ESPN yesterday that he did in fact use performance-enhancing drugs. We don't yet know A-Roid's fate, but some of his sponsors could be dropping out.  One of his sponsors, Nike has released a statement saying, "Nike does not condone the use of illegal substances in sport and agrees with Alex Rodriguez that they should not be used," a rep for the company has said. "We will have no further comment at this time."

This has been quite a year for Alex Rodriguez; birth of his daughter, immediately divorcing his wife afterwards and an affair with Madonna but it don't stop there- A-Rod has just confessed to using performance enhancing drugs, aka steroids, during his time with the Texas Rangers.

The confession comes after Sports Illustrated’s website reported that A-Roid had tested positive for steroids in 2003, when he was in his last season with the Texas Rangers and won the first of his three Most Valuable Player awards.

“When I arrived at Texas in 2001 I felt an enormous amount of pressure to perform,” he told Peter Gammons of ESPN this afternoon.  “Over all, I felt a tremendous pressure to play, and play really well," he added. “I had just signed this enormous contract. I felt like I needed something, a push, without overinvestigating what I was taking, to get me to the next level.”

Alex said he did not know exactly what substances he took, but that he hadn’t taken substances since an injury in spring training in 2003. "It wasn’t a real dramatic day,” he said. “I started experimenting with things that today are not legal, that today are not accepted,” he said.

A-Roid joined the Yankees in 2004 and says that he has been "clean" ever since. 

It is not certain yet what the ball player's fate will be, but he did express regret over his actions. “Back then it was a different culture. It was loose. I was young. I was stupid. I was naïve. And I wanted to prove to everyone that I was worth being one of the greatest players of all time. I did take a banned substance, and for that I am very sorry and deeply regretful.”
