GOSSIP GUERILLAS ROUND UP

President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama looked absolutely radiant, if I do say so myself, at the Home State Inaugural Ball last night.  Michelle wore a chose a one-shouldered silk chiffon gown designed by up and coming designer Jason Wu that was covered in organza flowers and Swarovski crystals.  The Prez looked just as handsome in his tux and white bow tie.

Hail to the Chief and First Lady!  2009 will bring a change! Word on the street is...

MUSICIANS ROCK OUT AT THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL

Abraham Lincoln is KICK ASS!

Well maybe it was more the president-elect rather than the guy on the penny that inspired various celebrities and musicians to gather in front of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. for the "We Are One" concert.

President-Elect Obama and Michelle Obama looked on as Bruce Springsteen, Mary J. Blige, Usher, Shakira, Bono and Beyonce played inspirational inauguration tunes. Wiil. I. Am., Rosario Dawson and Queen Latifah also were in attendance.

BARACK OBAMA IS OUR 44th PRESIDENT

The campaigns are over, the polls are closed and the ballots have been counted; Barack Obama is  the 44th President of the United States of America and is making history as the first African-American president.

In a campaign marked by hope and change, the President-Elect delivered his victory speech in his hometown of Chicago last night.  In a celebratory yet somber address, he began, "If there is anyone who still doubts that America is a place where all things possible...tonight is your answer."

Celebrations will still continue today, not in just in America but around the world.  Today we truly embark upon a new, and hopefully more united nation.

BARACK ROCKS THE VOTE

Barack Obama has officially cast his vote for president, I wonder who he voted for?? (Har har).

We watched the Democratic presidential nominee arrive at his designated poll, Beulah Shoesmith Elementary School, in his hometown of Chicago, Ill. Barack was joined by his wife Michelle and their two daughters Malia and Sasha.

Republican nominee John McCain will cast his vote in Phoenix, Az.

BARACK OBAMA: HISTORY IN THE MAKING

Barack Obama clinched the Democratic presidential nomination last night and is making history as first-ever African-American presidential nominee for a major party.  Obama celebrated his victory in St. Paul, Minnesota last amid thousands of supporters.  "Tonight we mark the end of one historic journey with the beginning of another, a journey that will bring a new and better day to America," he told the massive crowd. "Because of you, tonight, I can stand here and say that I will be the Democratic nominee for president of the United States."
Obama will now spend the next five months campaigning against Republican presidential nominee John McCain.  And while this blog mostly steers clear of politics, you can be sure you will see the latest from all the celebs in their Obama t-shirts at all their crazy expensive "rallies".  Of course, we'll show you the handful that rock their McCain booty shorts too!

"Happy Birthday Mr. President Obama."  We here at INF would like to wish this sexy, shirtless, presidential hopeful a Happy 46th Birthday.  He may not be running around topless today, like in the picture above, but we couldn't resist showing these exclusive shots once again.  We'll vote for Barack Obama... if he continues to keep frolicking in the ocean when he goes on vacation.  Yea, baby!
