Britney's new boots and panties

Britney Spears showed up at the Millenium Dance Studios in LA today wearing (the usual) cowboy hat, Robin Hood-style suede boots and, we spotted, white panties. Her fashion sense gets stranger, but she is looking healthier than she has for a while - and there are still rumors of live performances in the not too distant future as she tries to jump start her career.
